Who knows the answers to these questions about Medium’s Writers Challenge?

I, along with a bazillion others, read Jermaine Hall’s announcement of the writing bonanza.

Call me a cynical overthinker, but it left me with more questions than answers.

Qu: How long do you need to have been an enrolled Medium member, and how active do you need to have been? E.g. Can you sign up in August, submit your piece/s, win prize money, and never be seen again?

Qu: Who will choose the overall $50K prize winner and how are the selection criteria different from that of the prompt prizes?
