You'll find the list of writers and publications you subscribe to by going to your Settings > Notifications, scroll down to 'From writers and publications' then select 'Manage subscriptions'.

With regards to Patrick M Ohana, I believe he has left Medium along with his publication, Shakespeare's Shoes. Then again he may be lurking under a different guise - anything's possible!!
